Samsung + Adidas = miCoach

micoach.jpg

Samsung has partnered with Adidas to create a fitness oriented cellphone called, miCoach (SGH-F110). The quad-band cell phone is a slider that features a heart rate monitor and a stride sensor (pedometer). It’ll record your workout data so you can view your progress via a PC. You can even view the information during your workout in real time by simply tapping the screen. The phone itself sports a 2-inch QVGA 262K color TFT screen, 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0, 1GB of internal memory, EDGE connectivity, microSD slot, FM tuner, and of course an MP3 player. You can’t workout without music, right?

The miCoach is expected to ship next month.
