British designer Anna Bullus has invented the Bubble Gum Bin which apparently sticks to city poles for pedestrians to dispose their bubble gum in. This saves 3.5 billion bubble gums from entering the landfills in Britain alone. It also saves them from being spat onto the pavement, and God knows how much I hate stepping on someone’s chewed gum. Argh!

Interestingly, the Bubble Gum Bin is made from recycled chewing gum and bio resin, which Bullus coined “Gumnetic”.
